Dawn M. Lindner

Dawn joined the Law Offices of Kristen Balbick Degnan in 2022 as a part time billing clerk/paralegal and joined the firm full time in January of 2024 as a paralegal/ billing clerk and became the office manager as well in July of 2024. She currently supports the law office’s personal injury and divorce practices, as well as estate and arbitration matters.

Dawn entered the law field as a legal secretary/assistant 26 years ago at the law offices of Lipsitz, Green, Fahringer, Roll, Salisbury, and Cambria in the Estates, Wills and Trust Department. She eventually took on paralegal duties when she was with the law firm Brown & Tarantino where she became experienced in the medical documentation and HIPAA laws for the firm’s litigation/no-fault files. Dawn also advanced her paralegal background by accepting a Medical Paralegal position with the firm Brown & Kelly. She worked for Brown & Kelly for 13 years where she also advanced her paralegal knowledge by assisting the firm’s attorneys with litigation support. During her time at Brown & Kelly is when she formed a relationship with Kristen Degnan, Donald Eppers and Carolyn Henry, who are also attorneys with the Law Offices of Kristen Balbick Degnan. Together there is years of litigation experience and knowledge that Dawn is proud to be a part of.

In Dawn’s free time she enjoys her seasonal campsite from May to November every season, as well as crafting, reading, gathering with friends and family and absolutely lives for the Buffalo Bills Football season.
