Managing Attorney Kristen Degnan has served as an attorney in private and government practice for nearly two decades. She served as an Assistant District Attorney in Erie County before concentrating on civil litigation in private practice, including Insurance Defense Litigation, Personal Injury cases, Family Law, Matrimonial Law, Criminal Defense, and Trusts and Estates work. She has litigated numerous cases through discovery, jury selection, trial and verdict, and represented clients arguing appeals at the Appellate Division.
