Teresa Cleary is a certified paralegal with more than 15 years in the legal field. She has extensive experience in many areas of the legal practice. Mainly focused on insurance defense litigation, she also has experience in assisting with toxic tort matters, such as lead paint defense and asbestos defense matters, personal injury cases, including slip and fall and automotive litigation cases, matrimonial issues, wills and estates, small claims court, vehicle and traffic matters, criminal case issues, workers’ compensation, appellant cases, and human rights matters.

Ms. Cleary attended Syracuse University, where she studied Broadcast Media/Journalism. She has worked in radio, television and commercial banking. She completed her legal studies at Canisius (Paralegal Certification).

She is a member of the Paralegal Association and is experienced in court procedures and e-filing with the New York State Supreme Court, and District Federal Courts.
